3 tips to keep your weight under control after the holidays

Festive feasting is often reflected in our weight. We carry extra pounds into the New Year and try to think of quick and “painless” tactics to get rid of them. How to avoid these problems and not gain weight over the holidays?

1. Eat in moderation, enjoy

A crowded table is a staple of every festive moment in our homes. We get into the habit of indulging in what we deny ourselves during the weekdays. The occasional exception is in principle not detrimental to health or overall physical fitness. The problem is inadequate portions in the long term. This is followed by a feeling of fullness, discomfort and, with repeated overeating, extra pounds. 2. Rest actively

Many of us look forward to “sweet nothings” during the winter holidays. Passive rest is ideal for those whose work is physically demanding.
