Eggs

Did you know they contain a substance also called the “beauty vitamin”? It is called biotin, which belongs to the group of B vitamins. Egg yolks contain the most of it, so for beautiful hair, you should definitely not deny yourself them. Biotin acts as a natural internal conditioner. It makes them nourished, but it also promotes their growth and prevents excessive hair loss. However, you can also find biotin in avocados and nuts.

Fish

Salmon, mackerel, tuna or cod all contain a high proportion of protein, which is like a building material for hair. In addition, they are also valuable for omega-3 fatty acids. It is also worth mentioning vitamin E, which, as a powerful antioxidant, helps to blood the scalp, nourish the hair roots and thus accelerate growth.

Leafy vegetables

Contains vitamin C, which does more than just take care of immunity in our bodies. Its effects also include beneficial effects on hair, nails and skin. If we are deficient in it, it reflects on the quality of all three- hair is lusterless, skin has an unhealthy shade and nails break. In addition, leafy greens are a great source of vitamin A. However, it is fat-soluble, so always add a good quality olive or other oil to your salad.

Wholegrain cereals

Are you suffering from premature grey hair? Then you should eat whole grain cereals every day. Just mix them into yoghurt as flakes, for example.
