According to this research, sulforaphane has the potential to protect our bodies from various diseases, including cancer. For me, cancer prevention is really important for personal reasons. I have gradually included more broccoli in my diet or drinks, but proper preparation is also important, as cooking can affect the amount of sulforaphane we get from the food. In order for sulforaphane to be activated, it needs to fuse with the enzyme myrosinase,
(Laughs ) It’s true that, a healthy lifestyle has always been close to my heart but after forty, it’s key for me. In addition to diet, I try to exercise regularly, get enough sleep and minimize stress. I also pay attention to my emotional and mental health, which is essential for my overall sense of well-being. Sulforaphane can help detoxify the body, promote healthy liver function and protect cells. Plus, sulforaphane is already available in the original capsule, which holds up to 5 kilos of young broccoli, so I can substitute this vegetable perfectly.
