In breast cancer, Sulforaphane sensitizes estrogen receptors and improves the binding affinity of tamoxifen to these receptors, thereby potentiating the anticancer efficacy and reducing the off-site toxicity of tamoxifen

So far, no contraindications have been proven when taking Sulforaphane EXTRA with vitamins at the same time. It is not recommended to take it simultaneously with melatonin and caffeine, it is advisable to keep at least a 2 hour break between them
