Orders with delivery outside the territory of the Slovak Republic must be submitted via e-mail to the seller’s contact address info@carnomed.sk .
This procedure is necessary due to the individual VAT rate settings applicable to the destination country, in accordance with the valid legislation of the respective member states of the European Union and other countries.

Shipping costs are determined individually depending on the destination country, parcel weight, and the current pricing conditions of the shipping carriers.
The order will be dispatched only after full payment of the order value, including shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed between the seller and the customer.
The seller reserves the right to adjust the shipping method or shipping price in the case of oversized or specific shipments. The customer will be informed of such changes in advance.
