What is krill?

Krill are small Antarctic crustaceans valued for their unique nutritional profile and high bioavailability of omega-3 fatty acids.

Krill oil is obtained from Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), a natural source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.
